No. One need not register to shop on RaymondNext. However, registration will only help to enhance your shopping experience. Also, we are able to keep you informed about your orders and refunds through email. You will be able to avail the benefits of RaymondNext vouchers by logging in, using your registered email ID.

No! You don't need to type the address every time you place an order, and we don’t forget our customers! An address once used will be saved in My Account -> saved addresses link. You can go to your saved addresses and modify your default Shipping (delivery) address and Billing address. You can also add more addresses using 'Add a new address' button. You can select any of the addresses instead of typing the shipping address while you are ordering.

Once your payment is authorized and your order is completed, you will receive an email from RaymondNext confirming the order placement. You would be provided with the order number, details of the order and the amount you have paid. You will also receive a SMS confirming the same.
No. We do not take orders over the phone. Customer would have to place the order by themselves. One could call the customer care support for any difficulties faced during placing the order.
All your orders will be dispatched within one working day of placing the order. Although we want to hand you the product within a minute, depending upon your address, the delivery time might vary between 5 - 7 working days. That still won’t stop us from trying to get you your order faster. On each product's display page, you can enter your location's pin code to check when you can expect to receive the delivery.
Sometimes, delivery time is subject to factors beyond our control, including but not limited to, unexpected travel delays from our courier partners due to weather conditions or any political disruptions or strikes. You will have to pardon us for such occurrences. We advise you to check your emails and SMS for any such updates.
You can start tracking your order as soon as it has been shipped out (within one working day from the time you placed the order). All you need to do is click on the link in the email sent to you after the order is placed and track the journey of your item in real time!
We recommend that you receive the order yourself to ensure complete satisfaction. In case you are not present, the parcel will be delivered to the person available and this may be confirmed on call with you by our delivery executive. For security and validation, the signature of the receiver will be taken at the time of delivery.
We understand that you can’t wait at home (or office - whatever your delivery address is) right from the time you’ve placed the order till it’s delivered to you. We will make three attempts to deliver the order to you; each attempt on a consecutive day.

Unfortunately, that is not possible at the moment, since the system would have already passed the mobile number and address to our warehouse to pack and ship your product.
There are a few pin codes which are not yet serviceable by our courier partners. However, we are putting our efforts into adding more pin codes and hence would request you to check back after a few days.
Once the order is placed, products are shipped out through one of our various courier partners. All these partners are reputed logistic service provider. Once your order has been shipped you will get an e mail and SMS informing you the details of courier partner and AWB number using which you can track your shipment. Furthermore, we would also share the estimate delivery dates via SMS and email.
Right now, we do not deliver items internationally. You can make a purchase from anywhere in the world using Indian currency as mode of payment as long as the shipping address is within India.
We ship all packages with an invoice that can be found along with the product. If after receiving the package, you need another invoice, give us a buzz and we’ll email you a soft copy.
We offer free shipping within India on all products purchased on the website.
Returns can be initiated online by logging into my account, navigate to “My Orders” section, select your order and click on returns. To initiate returns now click here.
Once you have initiated the process for a pick up, we request our logistic partners to arrange a pick up from your door step. They would in turn get in touch with you and get the item picked up. Please keep the items properly packed in a packet and mention the order number/invoice number on top of the packet.
When the below mentioned points are not fulfilled, returns are not possible.
- Return needs to be initiated within 30 days from the date of delivery.
- Item(s) of the order should not be used.
- The tags of the items should be intact and not removed.
We do not accept briefs, trunks, socks and innerwear sets that include briefs/trunks.
Note: If you’ve received a non-returnable product in a damaged/defective condition, please reach out to our customer service team immediately to initiate a request for refund.
As soon as a Return ID is generated, the product would be picked up within three business days. As soon as it has been picked up, it would take the same amount of time for the product to reach us as it took for Initial Delivery. Once it reaches our warehouse, within one business day, a refund would be processed by us post successful Quality Check.
If you paid for the order using Credit Card/Debit Card/Net-banking, you will receive a refund to your source account. It should reflect within 5-7 business days.
